I specialize in plant-based and anti-inflammatory nutrition, meal planning, exercise planning, self-care, stress and anxiety reduction, sleep optimization, mindset and self-talk, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral coaching.
My unhealthy lifestyle led me into a downward spiral, which eventually brought me to the realization that I had to make some serious changes. I decided to take an honest look at my nutrition and exercise. I began incorporating an abundance of fresh, whole plants into my diet and running outdoors regularly. I became more mindful of my negative self-talk and started practicing self-care. I stopped trying so hard to fit in and started living more authentically. As I made these changes, my physical and mental health began to transform before my eyes.
Having experienced my own wellness challenges, I became more empathetic toward and inspired to help others who are struggling on their health journeys. We all have the answers within us to how to become our healthiest and happiest selves. And I whole-heartedly believe that my purpose is to guide you to finding your own answers, so that you can achieve the long-term wellness that you deserve.
