There are no quick fixes or fad diets here. My goal is to help you get to the root of your health concerns—whether it's chronic conditions, hormone imbalances, or gut issues—and make lasting changes that lead to real, sustainable results.
In college, I found myself really struggling to care for and nourish myself properly. I neglected sleep and my mental health, ate a very unbalanced diet (often reliant on excessive caffeine and little food), and was extremely hard on myself.
I had crippling anxiety, severe acne, irregular periods, night sweats, weight fluctuations, and vitamin deficiencies. My doctor told me that going on the birth control pill would solve all these issues. So, I did, but it only made my symptoms worse. I tried multiple brands but just couldn't find one that worked for me.
My anxiety started to get worse, so my doctor prescribed antidepressants. After a lot of trial and error and terrible side effects, I just wanted to give up. I felt so defeated. But there was a part of me, deep down, that knew in order to heal, I needed to make some significant changes in my life. And so, I did.
I stopped drinking caffeine, began nourishing myself with fresh, whole food and running outdoors regularly. I soon realized though that improving my nutrition and exercise alone wasn't enough to achieve true health.
I started speaking kinder to myself and prioritizing rest and self-care more. I let go of the need to fit in, embraced authenticity, surrounded myself with uplifting people, and cultivated a sense of community. It was only by addressing all aspects of my health that I finally found peace in my body and mind.
This transformative journey inspired me to want to guide and empower other women to heal themselves holistically. I believe we all have the answers within us to become our healthiest, happiest selves. My purpose is to guide you in uncovering those answers so you can achieve the long-term wellness you deserve.
