My unhealthy lifestyle led me into a downward spiral that ultimately made me realize I had to make some serious changes. I began eating an abundance of fresh, whole foods and running regularly. I quickly recognized, however, that addressing my nutrition and exercise alone was not enough to truly make me feel better.
So, I started being more mindful of my self-talk and practicing self-care. I stopped trying so hard to fit in and began living more authentically. I surrounded myself with people who made me feel good and found a sense of community. It wasn't until I addressed all aspects of my being that I finally felt at peace in my body and mind.
Having this experience inspired me to want to help other women who are struggling on their health journeys. We all have the answers within us to how to become our healthiest and happiest selves. And I wholeheartedly believe that my purpose is to guide you to finding your own answers so that you can achieve the long-term wellness that you deserve.
