Ingredients
- 5 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegan chocolate chips (I used the brand Hu Kitchen)
- Drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend the dates and water in a high speed blender.
- Add the bananas, oats, almond butter, and vanilla extract and blend until you have a smooth consistency.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
- Add chocolate chips, banana slices, and a drizzle of maple syrup on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
